My father moved into Quail Park of Lynnwood. He just liked it better that's why he chose it. The place is nice and big. It has all levels of care, from independent up to memory care, which is nice. So if your loved one progresses and needs more care, they don't have to move facilities. The food is decent and the people there are very friendly and welcoming. His apartment is nice. It is brand new. There are lots of activities, but they're more self-driven. They have a swimming pool, a game room, an activity room, common cooking areas, and many other common rooms.

My aunt moved into Quail Park of Lynnwood. It's all beautiful. They do meals. She prefers her own meals, but she will go down and eat in the dining room. It's a beautiful property they have in that area where they can go on walks. It's a big property and they have activities that they can drive them to and from. The staff is very friendly and very kind. Sometimes, they take a little while to get to her. But for the most part, they are there. The place is very nice and very comfortable. They have refreshments on the side for guests. It's really neat. Sometimes, they play games and they will take them out by transportation. They have their own transportation so they can take them places, like to the stores. And if they want to go to the casino, they can go to a casino.

Quail Park of Lynnwood was very good. They don't have any meal times. They serve food from seven in the morning till seven at night so you can eat whenever you want to. I liked it. Everything was very nice because it was all relatively new. They put a phase two and that was done in 2021. So everything was brand new. The person that did the tour was very good and very helpful. They know what they're talking about. They know the business. They know what they're selling and they don't have a whole lot of problems selling it, because again it's very nice and it's new. It has everything everybody else does. They have things to do every day and there's a theater. I had lunch there, and it was very good. The menu was very nice. There are two dining rooms and they have a salad bar, which I guess has been rare lately. So everything I wanted was provided.

Quail Park of Lynnwood would have covered all of my needs. It was just that they wouldn't give me a payment plan for the move-in costs. The people that I met were all great and the food was fantastic. It had a pub, a latte place, a poker room, and a pool table. They had rooms for just sitting and talking. It had every kind of thing that you would want to do at all. They had a choir, dancing, and instruments. You could play in a band. Plus, they had a swimming pool and a spa. It even had a washer and dryer in the unit.

Quail Park of Lynnwood had beautiful rooms and a pool. They had different areas of the building for different things, but they couldn't transport us to where we needed to go. They had washers and dryers and a full kitchen in the apartment units. They had a putting green. It was in the woods, so it was kind of a peaceful setting. They had cottages there that looked like little homes. They had a beauty shop and separate areas for sitting around and greeting other people, kind of like little bistros. They had two areas where you could get food. They had lots of parking. It was pretty there.

Quail Park of Lynnwood seems very well run and very attractive. It's bigger than the other places that we saw, which could be a plus or a minus, depending on the individual. The dining facilities are amazing. It's like going to a restaurant. The section that my parents ended up in was newly built during the pandemic, so they're the first occupants, so it's like moving into a new apartment. They had an extensive menu. They offer similar kinds of activities to other places I looked at. They have a workout room, like a gym. They have a swimming pool, a little movie theater, and a van that takes people out to shopping, field trips, and to doctors. They offer other kinds of organized activities in some of the other common areas. They have music sometimes and they do church services on Sundays. My parents were evaluated and are considered independent right at the moment. The other thing that set them apart from other places was that they did offer independent living as an option. My parents have a one-bedroom and it does include a full kitchen, which is also quite unique. None of the other places had a full-sized refrigerator and a stove and oven. They have three interior courtyards in different parts of the building. All three of the courtyards are next to the dining areas. In addition to the dining room, they have a couple of bistros that operate at different hours, and they even have a little pub.
