The location of this facility is very nice – it’s in a business area. It’s a very nice place.

They concentrate a lot more on Alzheimer’s care.

The building is pretty large. I was impressed by that. They have a pretty nice parking area.

There is very little, if any, grass outside, but there were flowers. The grounds are fine.

My client was sharing a room, and it was actually pretty nice. It was medium to large, and a nice accommodation.

They have a nice, large living room. The common areas are very clean. I thought it was a very nice place. I liked that the living room was large.

I didn’t try the food, but I saw my client eating. The food looked good – they were having lunch, and I thought they gave everyone a lot of food.

I’d give the staff about an 8 of 10 for being helpful and communicating well. I think the training of the staff was adequate.

The facility was very clean inside.

It didn’t look like the facility was full – I didn’t see as many residents as I thought there could have been.
