The White House Assisted Living Facility

I did volunteer work in this home more than 5 years,would gladly give it an excellent review[5 star] staff is great, patients happy, a place I would not mind being there...

I visited this facility

During my first visit to this facility, I learned that they patients were left sittng during the night and not changed like they should be. I encountered a few bed sores on the bottom of the patient that I was there to care for. During the early morning visit I made to this facility, I noticed that the shift change was not smooth, no one seemed to know what was going on. There were a few good caring techs that did their job. One man hit his call light and told the nurse he had an accident on him self and the tech was prompt to change him and clean him up. She even went beyond her duties and gave him a shower even though it was time for her to leave. She stayed over just to care for this man. It had good point and bad points to this facility.
