Not happy with this place. My mother had a place here. We had only been in the Apt about 8 months, and they went up on the rent with no written notice prior to the increase. They are constantly short handed on the weekends. We were running out of medication on a regular basis because the CNA wasn't reordering on time. They just sent us an extra bill for $250.00 for additional care with no written notice of care needed. We didn't even get a phone call that my mother needed additional care. After we interviewed a few of the workers we found mom wasn't getting any additional care. We had a conversation with the Admin, and the owner. These conversations were not what I expected from a professional Retirement Home. We are moving!!!! We are Not Happy with Rosewood!!!
