Upon entering this facility I could see forthwith that the staff was professional yet compassionate. The staff was extremely attentive and kind to the residents. When a resident asked about an event coming up the staff handed them a schedule and kindly showed them the date and time of the event. The resident was most grateful. The kindness in the staff’s voice was what caught my attention. When I asked to speak to the Director to possible take a tour, I was offered a seat and a cup of Tea or Coffee. Within 2 minutes the Director came to greet me and offered me all the answers I needed and gave a grand tour. This facility is amazing; the common areas are beautiful very warm and most of all clean. The rooms are large size and tactfully decorated. Of course you may bring your own touches of home to make the space your own. The activities calendar is full of daily activities and events. There is an outing going to a Concert this week and Civic and Religious groups bring services and programs to the facility weekly. There is a gold club that goes to play 4 times a week if your loved one is an avid golfer. As for meals I am looking forward to the food when my times comes as this facility has some of the best food I have had anywhere. The Chef here has to be award winning as this food was amazing. The menu is well planned and all diets are accommodated. The Vegetarians and Vegan's are also included with many options. The staff is what makes this facility worth your consideration. The residents told me they staff is like family and they feel safe and secure here. The grounds are gorgeous and gives you a since of calm. You will sleep well at night if you place your loved one here.

When I visited Parkview Independent Living, I saw happy and content elderly people who were kept busy with fun things to do. The residents were interacting with each other and they didn't seem bored or sad - as many do in a lot of other assisted living facilities. The staff were also great at assisting anything that a resident needed. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for their loved one a place in the Knoxville area.

While I visited this facility I found many things that I loved. The facility was extremely clean, the staff professional, and the residents were up and at em. All most all of the residents that I was there to see were out and about upon my arrival. One of the men was palying cards with some of his fellow residents, and one of the women was doing arts and crafts. I took the first patient to her room, and she had soiled herself, the other staff was promptly there to assist me in changing her. They were always checking in on us to make sure we didnt need anything. I loved the level of service in this facility.
