The staff was attentive and well trained tending to the patients and their needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. This facility is part of the Baptist Community of Hospitals in Tennessee and has a stellar repetition of excellence and this facility is no exception. Staff makes this place seem less sterile. The patients were here short term as they make the transition out of the hospital to return home of long term rehab care.

This facility is a very small unit that is a part of Baptist Hospital/Mercy Hospital. When I visited the facility, I noticed that the staff were very good about doing their jobs, however I also saw that there was not much personal interaction between the staff and patients. Otherwise, the facility was very clean, the doctors were easy to get in touch with when needed, and the food looked pretty good as well.
