As a professional in the area, I have referred clients to Holly Hall, which is Houston's first continuing care retirement communities (began 1949), offering independent living, assisted living & health care living (nursing home). There is a wide range of living settings offered, from private rooms/suites to apartments to private cottages, with full array of services & activities.

Holly Hall is a christian retirement community & organization, covering over 20 beautiful acres, operated by on-site management team & overseen by a 51 member Board of Directors. This organization is funded entirely by the community, no government funds are involved.

Holly Hall is well known locally and has a reputation of superior surroundings, care, staff and overall christian environment. All clients speak of total praise when describing this community. Perhaps one client's comments summed it up well: "This place isn't just about a place to live or a few things done for me, this place is my 'Home', where my 'family' is, where we are all involved with each other & love each other forever."
