Luther Village

My Mother has been a resident at Luther Village for the past 4 1/2 years. She entered into the campus first in independent living at the Terraces. When her Alzheimer's progressed and she needed more care she was transfered to The Woods on the campus which is assisted living/memory care. Mom has always been very happy but more importantly, so am I and my sister. Mom's well being is always foremost. The staff is great and they genuinely care about the residents. I am always kept abreast of any changes in my Mom. The facility's Dr. is my Mom's primary care physician so there is no need for me to take her out for Dr. appointments. There are a variety of activities offered for the residents to keep them active and engaged in socialzation. I've also stayed and had dinner with Mom several times and the food is excellent!

My mom is in the Luther Village. She really loves it. The staff is wonderful. They actually take the time to meet each persons need. They do it with care which is the greatest thing. You always here about all the negative things that happen at these homes but hardly the good stuff. And that is all I have to say about this place. They have many activities to keep them busy. Nobody is ever alone. There is always someone to talk to or lend a helping hand. If you really care about your love one this is the place for them.
