Emeritus at Gallatin

The gentleman at Emeritus was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very helpful. It was all good, I did not have a negative experience with the people. It was a pleasant, very clean facility. My daughter is brain-injured and in her 40s, and of course in a facility like that you're going to find a lot of older people. The problem I'm having is trying to find us a facility that's more suited for her age.

There are some very friendly people that work in this building. From the minute you walk in the door you feel like you belong there. YOU ARE WELCOMED with open arms. Staff are willing to help you in any way they can. They are willing to help you out and CARE about you. You can tell the staff LOVE what they do.

Next to Disneyland this has got to be the happiest place on earth. From the moment I stepped out of the car I was greeted with hello's and good days. I have never been greeted by everyone I encountered. Not one person passed me without speaking. NOT ONE!!! How truly refreshing staff and residents alike were so friendly I was almost moved to tears. What an amazing experience to know that our seniors are in an environment that values each person as one part of a whole community. The level of care and concern here is 2nd to none. The residents are full of life and based on their activities I stutter to think they would ware me out. I saw so much activity I got tired watching them. As for the food in this community they are eating like royalty. I have seen some amazing food but this place is serving 5 star cuisines. Great job Emeritus Gallatin they are setting the standard. Bravo I would HIGHLY recommend this community. Your loved one will never feel alone here all are counted as friends!!! And that is what makes this community different.

My father was a resident here for about 4 months before moving to a memory care unit within the Emeritus Group. During his stay, he was treated with the utmost respect. The staff did an execellent job of caring for him and was always curtious toward me and my family. I highly recommend Emeritus at Gallatin.

The staff in this facility were very professional and helpful. I loved that the lady I had went in to visit with had nothing but good things to say. I have visited this facility many times. Upon one visit, the staff was called in to help change the patient it took about thirty seconds for someone to arrive. Then they quickly had her changed and had cream applied to keep from having any breakdown of the skin. The linens were changes and quickly removed. The caregiver then asked did she need anything else and did I need anything and brought us both drinks for our visit. I loved this facility. I make weekly trips to this facility.

I loved visiting this facility. Upon arrival everyone was extremely friendly. All of the residents were out and about in the common areas. I saw several of the care givers back and forth to their rooms, everyone I was there to see had been changed regularly. Lunch was fantastic, I was served a grilled chicken breast with a house salad and my choice of beverage. The kitchen worker brought my lunch to me in the patients room. It was all around a fantastic experience.
