My great aunt has been in New Haven assisted living facility and during her stay there, she was given high quality care every day. She got a room which she only had to share with one other person and she had a comfortable amount of space to herself so that she didn't feel too crowded or cramped while in her room. The facility also allowed her to have multiple things from home to make her room feel like home including many pictures and a chair and blankets that she was used to using for a long time. The facility itself is very nice and always clean and makes all patients feel right at home. The staff is simply amazing and are so sweet to all the patients as well as the patient's families. Since my great aunt wasn't in good enough shape to leave the facility for long periods of time, the staff actually allowed us to throw her a birthday party in the facility with all her sweet nurses and fellow patients as well as our whole family and provided food for everyone. The food for the patients was always healthy and tasty and we rarely heard a complaint from our set in her ways great aunt. New Haven definitely provides quality care for their patients.
