Quail Crest Memory Care's layout is very, very nice. The whole place is fenced off so that the residents can walk on their grounds without having immediate supervision. They have a lock on it, one of those push-button locks, and they're very nice. The interior of the gardens is very well taken care of. The cottages were all the same. Their rooms were maybe different colored, but they're on the same level. The staff who conducted the tour was very helpful, and a very nice woman. She's very knowledgeable about her facilities there. Everything is very nice and clean. It's just a lot more expensive but it's a very nice facility.

I toured Quail Crest Memory Care and I was impressed with their layout. The cottages were just in a circle. I also liked the size of the cottages, and the cleanliness of the place, and I loved their courtyard because they can go out and wander all they want since it's all enclosed. Their amenities include a salon, massage therapy, beautician and barber services, nail care clinic, support groups, and pet therapy.

Quail Crest Memory Care was very uplifting and friendly. The tour guide talked to each resident that we encountered by their first name, and they all responded to her, and I thought that was impressive. I loved their courtyard, their security system, how it's set up inside, and their services too. Each cottage houses 16 residents and each cottage has its own kitchen and prepares some of its food. It was very pleasant. When I was there, there were three ladies at a table playing games. You could look over the counter, but they had it locked so that the residents couldn't get in there. She told me that they also had another lock on the stove just in case someone somehow got in there, and so that nobody could turn it on. Another thing I liked about it was once inside, the rest of the residents or myself could visit any other cottages. Some people didn't live there, were visiting or playing games with the other residents. The person who toured me told me that when the temperatures were very hot, they kept the cottages locked so no one could get out in the courtyard where it was too hot for them. The layout was very secure too. I could bring my salad from home and eat lunch with my husband if he's there. I thought that was nice. Everyone was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable. The building was also great. Everything was in order, fixed, and there was nothing rundown, ramshackle, or anything. They took me to the TV room where they had lounge chairs so they could watch TV and I just thought that was really nice.

Both our mom and dad have been residents here. The entire staff shows love and respect to each resident. Our parents time here was filled with dignity, fun, engaging activities and social gatherings that gave them great joy. I highly recommend Quail Crest; your loved one will be well cared for and become part of the “family”.

My mother has been a resident of Quail Crest since August 2018. Prior to arrivving at Quail Crest she had spent time in a number of independent living and assisted living situations. As her (and our) needs advanced we were very fortunate to have found Quail Crest. The floor plan and layout of the cottages with the central garden work extremely well for the memory care residents. They are able to move about in and out of cottages and through the garden, without ever being far from staff. There is no other view visble access to the out doors, and the central garden is so interesting and well kept, it really satisfies the residents need for walking and exercise. The combination of single occupancy and double occupancy rooms seems to work well. The bedrooms are bright and many have a lofted ceiling for a greater sense of spaciousness. The staff are always happy to facilitate a visit or a phone call or a video-chat. They have gotten to know my mom quite well, and it's wonderful to see the raport they have, even in my mom's advancing state of dementia. Q.C. brings in musicians, and facilitates regular activities for the residents. I could go on, but I'm out of room.
