Hope Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility

Hope is the first of it's kind Memory Care community dedicated solely to those afflicted with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia. Hope opened in November 2011 and is dedicated to providing the best quality of life to our residents. While some communities offer a small portion of their community as "Memory Care" we are 100% Memory Care Community.

We are designed in 4 separate villages which allows us to group our residents according to their abilities and cognitive function and also promotes a sense of community around the residents in that village. Hope begins with residents who are in the very early stages of memory Loss to late stages including onsite Hospice Care.

We also have a Village specifically designed for those who wander, have agitation or other behavioral issues called Wandering Brook. This Village has larger interior spaces with a central park theme and walking paths. We provide activities, therapies and care which is appropriate for their needs in their village. Central to the "Hope Concept" is to halt the progression of Dementia. Slowing the rate of memory loss and decline allows for a higher quality of life. Our Community Rooms is designed to be just than in it's truest sense We will offer educational speakers, support groups and civic group meetings here.
