The Trace at Claiborne Hill offers Independent, Assisted Living & Memory Care services in a beautiful, safe, and serene setting in Covington. The spacious apartments are available in two floor plans and feature granite countertops, pecan cabinets, walk-in showers, a refrigerator and microwave, and more. We also offer a regular daily calendar of social, educational, devotional, and recreational activities coordinated by our Full-Time Activity Director.

Residency at The Trace includes three delicious meals served fresh daily as well as laundry, transportation & housekeeping services. In addition, we have friendly, well trained staff on-site 24-hours per day to meet the needs of our Residents. Additional care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication assistance are available through our Assisted Living Program. The Trace also offers a Memory Care Community for those individuals challenged with Alzheimer’s or other related conditions. Our secured Memory Care Community is under the Supervision of a Licensed Nurse and features its’ own private dining room, laundry room and activity program.

The Trace is unique in that we have no buy-in fee, nor do we require a long term contract. Residents enjoy the community on a month-to-month basis, and the monthly rent is guaranteed for 1-year from the move-in date.
