The Heathers - Plumer

I visited this facility

While searching for a place for my aunt to live, we visited the The Heathers - Plumer assisted living facility.

The area is easy to and my aunt would really liked the well-kept park setting because the outdoors had always been a big part of her life.

My aunt is very sociable and the types of cultural outings and events offered suit her well. A variety of fresh, healthy foods are offered and suit all dietary needs. Snacks are available all day every day.

The rooms are all nicely sized and decorated. The staff and management are very accommodating and eager to make the residents and visiting families comfortable. My aunt at times has memory issues, and there is always someone close by to assist her.

Those who were not ambulatory seemed well-cared for. The residents had plenty to and their acitivities calendar was impressive. They attend many events in the region and are encouraged to participate in physical activity as often as possible.

All of the resident's needs appeared to be taken care of, in this very nicely designed and well staffed senior living environment.
