Room fine touch dated, most staff is very attentive , weekend staff is inept and ignore residents requests. Karen is very attentive at front office, now when it comes to accounting they have owed me a refund for months and can not seem to come up with the refund. Also note the facility is in need of updating carpet very worn and faded, I know the interior is old and dated but try to be at least current. At a cost of $11,000.00 monthly at least be efficient in your processes. J p Steele

Trinity Elms in Clemmons was closer to where we live, and it's newer. The facility was cheerful and very clean, but my mother-in-law needed more care. It was very nice, but it was totally different. They walked me around very quickly, never sat down, and they handed me the paperwork. It felt very hurried and it was more like, "We have a waiting list of six months to a year." I just got the feeling that they didn't care because they didn't need us. So we got turned off even though I know I have lots of friends whose family lived there. Everything was really clean.

Married to daughter of long time resident

Our loved one has been at Trinity Elms for nine years plus. Both my spouse and I have often agreed that this is the place we will chose when/if our time comes. People can,and do, often make overall judgements over singular/isolated events. In my experience quality truly manifests itself over time. Two thumbs up !

I am the in law of a patient there and she is having some big issued with staff or the lack of. She let me hear a msg from the so called D.O.N there. This chick thinks she Trump and has a fever and she needs to learn how to address people the way she comes out of her mouth. My late husbands auntie has inquired as to treatment of those who take care of her. and Ive spoken to others who work for this company that have issues.Theres cliques of women not working but spending their days spreading petty gossip and mess like 15 yr old school girls. People who have to wait for and hear the loud boisterous vulgar groups of women and if not for a chosen couple that do work would never be helped. Yes someone somewhere needs to investigate those in power here and i have no problem stating i will be the one who calls and files a formal complaint today.

My bother in law was a patient there both his legs were cut of due to diabetes they would let him sit in dirty diaper for hours before cleaning him up they do not fix food for diabetics so his sugar levels we out the roof all the time so they gave him insult shots to control his levels at the cost of 240.00 a shot he passed away now that they owe the family money back his last month there his medication bill was 1995.00 not counting room and board never has it been that high before they just don't want to give my sister back her refund for the days she paid for that he was not there also no one is never the in administration to talk to you they are aways gone I would not put a dog in that place

Concerned about the care

Trinity Elms is very nice and clean but the care the patients receive is very poor. My dad was at the facility and he was completely neglected. I saw other patients neglected while I was visiting my dad. On one occasion I saw a lady in her wheel chair at the end of the road that leads to the facility. She had left the facility in her wheelchair, and no one knew she was gone. Apparently, someone called the police, because two police officers were at the end of the street assisting her. This facility needs nurses and CNA 's to care for the patients. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Very poor care given,. My dad almost died due to lack of care.
