My father lives at Colonial Residence. He is very happy with the entire staff. He has never had a complaint about the food. He even raves about it. I like the gated security. The one complaint that he has & I have, is that he cannot watch a lot of sports. They do not get ESPN or PAC12 channels. Can't watch the Cougs today, on ESPN. U of W will be playing Alabama Saturday, on ESPN, to see who plays the National Championship game & he cannot watch it. Some Seahawk games he can't see. Also, no golf channel. This is ridiculous. Most of these residents lives revolve around watching television. Give them some more to watch, than basic cable.

Stillwaters Colonial Residence was a very nice place. It's a lovely large building, very clean, and beautifully furnished. The person who took me on the tour was very nice. It made a good impression.

My mother-in-law is in Colonial (Stillwaters Colonial Residence). It is wonderful. We love it. Her room is very nice. She has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. They have a lot of stuff that is going on, and the meals are fantastic. The staff seemed to be very nice. She has her sheets and towels washed every week, and her beddings changed every week. They pick up her garbage every day. She is quite happy there. I have not eaten there, but my mother-in-law says the food is wonderful.

Stillwaters Colonial is excellent. The staff and the front office management is excellent. The CNAs are incredible. I get phone calls from the administration lady when my dad gets grumpy. I don't know what her title is but I get phone calls from her threatening to remove my dad because he gets grumpy, because the food is not that good. So there's one lady there, she just sticks her nose into everybody's business and if somebody's not happy, she doesn't like it. She doesn’t try to make it better, but she just try to tell that person to just be quiet. But everybody else there is awesome. The room is $800 a month. They got a big screen theater room with very comfortable recliners, they have a music room, they have a library, and their lobby is lush and plush and beautiful. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, the food is probably about 6.

Colonial was clean and the staff were friendly. Mom's room was kept clean and sanitary. Supervisory staff was good during the week but light on the weekends, when no one was around to really get things done. Staff all seemed well qualified and treated mom well, even though she was quite cranky as she got older. Meals were okay, tasted good, but most everything was from frozen or canned. I would have preferred her to have access to more fresh fruits and vegetables. She really got a kick out of being able to see the deer, ducks, and other wildlife that wandered through in that country setting. There are many social events and they seemed to care about keeping the residents occupied and involved.

Stillwaters Estates Colonial Residence is a very clean, well-kept, modern and secure assisted living facility. I know three people who live there, each having been there for various amounts of time (2-7 years), and each one of them have only positive things to say about the staff and amenities. There are individual apartments throughout the large building, plus a dining room, game room, laundry, etc, so residents can have the peace of mind of being supported, while also being very independent. The hallways are bright and clean, the grounds are gorgeously maintained, and the whole building is very secure. The Colonial Residence is connected with the other part of Stillwaters Estates, which is a gated community of single homes and duplexes. Residents of the assisted living facility have the option of walking the grounds of the gated community, which is large enough to provide a varied amount of scenery, but small enough to keep pedestrians safe from heavy traffic.
