After watching his dad endure multiple strokes a couple years ago, Jared Osmond saw the writing on the wall. "I wanted to create a place I would feel comfortable putting my father in," he said. And so he did.
Osmond Senior Living resides in a luxurious, newly renovated, 10,000 square foot home with ample space for 16 residents. They are a Type 2 Assisted Living Facility per Utah's specifications, meaning they are equipped for a higher degree of care and can support a client through all stages of old age.
All staff members are Certified Nurse Assistants, and the staff administrator is the same woman who took care of Jared's grandparents in assisted living years ago. There is a twenty-four hour nurse on call, and medication management as well as incontinence care are accounted for in the base fee.
Hailing from the musically gifted and nearby-dwelling Osmond family, Jared assures that music will play a significant role in the entertainment of residents. Other amenities include a hair and nail salon, theater area, and outdoor deck area. Activities include games, shopping trips, crafts, and lectures. LDS as well as non-denominational services will be provided every Sunday.
The Osmond Senior Living Center is brand new, and Jared is excited to get started. "I'm most proud of the fact that I can provide luxury at a really affordable price. I think we can really add some value to what can be a difficult period in peoples' lives."

I'm very happy with Osmond Senior Living. I love them. They're really good to my husband. I would give them A+ all the way.

The staff at Osmond Senior Living was very friendly. It looked like they have activity time now and then, which I thought could be a fine thing. The people that are living there seemed content and happy. But, my mother's main concern is having two bathrooms for her and dad, and no facility offers that unless you get two rooms.

Osmond Senior Living is absolutely beautiful. It's a big home that was redone. It's small, with about 14 residents, so it's intimate. My mother is just absolutely in heaven. She's a happy little camper she's been for years. She says they're very, very kind to her. Her room is lovely. They furnished her room for me because I was bringing her in from out of state, so she didn't have any furniture. It's just been wonderful. They got things going on all the time, exercising to music, movie, games, and they bring in church services. So it's great. And it was actually the least expensive place I found. If I have to place myself in a facility, I would go there.

ABSOLUTELY the best! I have been inside this 'home' more than once and it is beautiful with the most amazing atmosphere. This is the kind of place EVERY care facility should be, a place that truly is warm and inviting; a place that really does feel like a home rather than a 'facility'. I have never been in any other facility that gives you such a peaceful feeling. The interior design is absolutely beautiful and smells wonderful. They have made this the best place ever, seriously, and still are looking for more wonderful ideas to make this the best place for Seniors.....ever! The menu for meals is superb! And it is true, the owners themselves are spending time interacting with everyone. If anyone is looking for somewhere for a loved one to live, knowing they will be well cared for and loved, or if you are looking for a better place because you are not satisfied where your loved one is now residing.....THIS is the place! I just love it.

I recommend Osmond Senior Living to everyone. There were no corners cut and the facility is well thought out. Jared and his team of experts are truly passionate about ensuring their facility is indeed the epitome of luxury.

This is a beautiful custom home with an amazing feeling inside. It feels "like home." My mom loved it. Can't wait! The owner is a compassionate man with a big heart. Love the staff, etc. It's a must see if you haven't.
