Sent "batch" form letter promising that there was a "live person" offering to help, but asked questions that had already been answered in my initial e-mail, had they bothered to read it. Had to ask repeatedly to get any sort of price list, had a brief e-mail exchange where I afer a fair bit of evasion I finally got the info I wanted, then again kept getting the original form-letter e-mail offering to help, but asking questions that I had already answered. Not impressed, didn't bother to visit.

This is a stellar community that caters to those who still have a lot of life to life. The facility is Gorgeous; the common areas are clean, beautiful and leave you feeling a cozy feel. The staff is stellar and makes you feel complexly welcome. They will answer all of your questions with ease and candor. They rise to the time when it comes to customer service. A+++ rating as far as I am concerned. They apartments are nicely decorated and the rooms are gorgeous. There is independent as well as assisted living available here. They have all areas of need covered. Your loved one or client will be well cared for here in this community. La Jolla is beautiful and they are close to the Ocean. Finest of living for seniors you can find. Make an appointment now for a tour!! And the Food I am going back just to eat!!!!! 5000000+++++'s
