I visited this facility

This is a charming facility family owned. The grounds are nicely groomed and the home is very warm and feels like a home environment. The residents are happy and alert. The facility is clean and roomy. The staff is friendly but appeared to be caregivers and not professional CNA’s or LVN’s. They were about to have a snack when I arrived. There is a large TV in the living room and some of the residents in Wheel Chairs were watching TV. There were several residents in Wheel Chairs and the population was seniors as well as Mentally Disabled adults. The residents seem to be acute and need extra 1:1 care. The ratio seemed to be 1:2 for each resident. There are only 8 residents in this facility. This gives it a home feeling and allow for more personal care of the residents. It seems to be run well and is very clean and sanitary. The residents seem to be well cared for and happy. I liked the small environment and personal touches of being in a single family dwelling a real home.
