My mother is currently in St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care. The staff is cool. Every time that I've been there, the staff has been pretty upbeat. I don't think there's ever been a time I had to question the staff regarding personality. The staffing is pretty upbeat. They have rehab services. My mother likes the exercises to the point that even when she's not scheduled for them, she's always going downstairs to do so. She fractured her hip, so she was inspired to work out and do things like that. They have game activities in the TV room. Typically, I see a lot of their residents are engaged with some of the activities they do, like game nights and TV. It seems like there's always some type of activity happening there. However, they're not picking up the phone, and that can be problematic when you have a vulnerable parent, and you need to get in contact with them. And I'm talking about any time in the day when you're trying to call, and you can't get in contact with anybody. I live in New Jersey and they're in New York. For instance, on Monday, I had to call at least a good 10 times just to get confirmation about my mother's doctor appointment. Sometimes there's a lot of passing like no one wants to take ownership when things are not done. When I go up there, sometimes I have to clean my mother's room and sometimes I have to clean her bathroom because the floor is just dirty and it's not good. There are good people in there, but I wouldn't recommend St Patrick's to anybody. I just wouldn't. They need to streamline their information. You ask the nurse for something, and sometimes it seems like one hand doesn't know where the other one is doing. Unfortunately, I can't give them an exceptional rating. And my mother doesn't like the food, too.

My relative has been a resident at St. Patrick's Home in the Bronx for a matter of months. My loved one has BEEN ROBBED OF VALUABLES **TWICE**. Someone went through their possesions and committed a crime---TWICE--and nothing has been done about it. New Owners---no longer a religious organization.

My loved one has been ROBBED twice so far in 6 months of entering St. Patrick's Home. The food is barely edible and very bland even for people who are not elderly but there for rehab.

St. Patrick's Home was very good. There are a lot of things that we like about it. It's clean and nice, and the people are nice and very accommodating. They help the patients, and they have a lot of therapy for them. It's laid out nicely, and they have all kinds of amenities for the residents.

My father is in a facility called St. Patrick's. It is very nice. The staff is very nice too. The rooms are clean; they're very nice. I'm very happy with this community. The dining facility is really good. The food though could be a little bit better. However, I've been there a lot, I go there whenever I want, and they accommodate me. Even though when I'm visiting my father, I can really see how they interact with other patients, and I find them really good. They do offer a lot of activities, but my father doesn't want to do any of them. However, they do have little parties and games. They have nuns there, and they do mass. It is really nice.

St. Patrick's Home seemed adequate enough for my mother. The only thing that they don't have there, which would be nice if they did, was an actual dialysis service at the facility itself. Their rooms were all right but they only have shared room accommodations, which I don't like. I don't think people should really be sharing room with other people. However, the staff was professional and pleasant when I visited.

St. Patrick Home for the Aged is a pretty nice home. They have physical therapy there. It was clean and very nice. The staff get along well with my mother. However, I think they should have more recreational activities for the patients there, so they don't just stay in their room and do nothing. The patients are living a very, very boring of what they have left of life. Also, more ethnic activities because they have a lot of different nationalities in there, residents who don't speak any English. It would be nice to give them more of their own culture.
