I am a friend or relative of resident
All the workers at the facility have been supreme! They truly care about the residents and have worked very well with us through the process. The only area for improvement would be to add more activities, other than just inside the facility, for residents able to get out in the community (i.e. outings to museums, trips to the city, etc.)
