I visited this facility

The staff seemed friendly but seemed to be busy and overwhelmed. The facility was clean and somewhat plainly decorated. The residents seemed to be well cared for but did not seem to be as alert as some other places I have observed. There were several just sitting in chairs and not being engaged. There was a loneliness here that seemed to be norm and not the exception. The meals appeared to be bland and did not seem to have imagination. I did not see any extra special attention or staff making a special effort to go above and beyond. It did appear they were understaffed and that would lend to staff being overwhelmed. So it is clear that administration may need to look into this matter. I just was not given a warm feeling visiting this facility. It is not the worst but it was far from being a 5 star. I am neutral on this facility. I would visit and do your research before making a decision.
