I visited this facility

Brookdale Adrian had assisted living and independent living. I liked being in that area, but it wasn't as nice as some of the ones I looked at in Georgia. The inside just looked a little worn like the carpeting and other things hadn't been replaced in a long time. The ones I looked at in Georgia looked high-end, of course, the prices were, too. The staff during the tour was very nice and gave me a good tour and that part of it was good, showed me all the facilities inside and that was fine. It seemed clean. It just needed a little freshening up or updating, like carpeting and some things.

We went to look at Brookdale Adrian. They have a main area. They showed us the dining area and a room. You can bring your own belongings there. The lady was very helpful. She answered questions and didn't make us feel rushed or anything. She was very pleasant. The dining room was beautiful. They have a calendar of activities. They were going to the ice cream parlor, and they go off-site as well. They just got a new activities director, so they were looking forward to a full calendar.

One thing that was important to my father-in-law was that he could keep his cats, and Brookdale Adrian would allow him to have both of his cats there. It was very clean, and the rooms were a nice size. The food smelled good. The staff were very helpful and very nice. The place was nice. There were a lot of things for people to do there. They had a piano and they would have people that come, sing, and play for them. They had different games and different crafts for them to set up. We went there just before Christmas, so they had it decorated beautifully and a lot of it was done by the people that were there. They had a whole bunch of crafts set up for people to do.

We toured Brookdale Adrian, we walked in and loved it immediately. It was big and open, and it did not have that funny smell when you go to places like this one. We got to tour the rooms, they were spacious, and every room had a patio. It was just lovely. The gal that we talked to and all the staff that we talked to have been amazing. They're just very helpful and kind, and I've seen them interact with the residents. And the residents even said that they loved it there. I was looking at independent living, but there's also the option to move to assisted living there. They were very concerned, very helpful, and answered all my questions. We saw their activities calendar and it was chock full every day. They had three or four activities going on every day, and there were things that I knew my that father-in-law would enjoy. And they also offered church.

I visited Brookdale Adrian and it's a real big facility. They seemed like they have a lot of activities to provide. Of course COVID prevents a lot of things, but they have church groups that come in and sing with the residents. They have a piano, activities, and games for them too.

We toured Brookdale Adrian. It was very, very nice, but it was more expensive than where my brother-in-law is at now. We saw a single apartment, it was wonderful, it was all very nice, and we really liked it. The staff was absolutely fantastic, she was very, very kind, and very, very nice. It's very good as long as you can afford it. We did not eat there, but the menu was unbelievable. It was really nice.

I am/was a resident of this facility

I've been here at Brookdale Adrian for over a month and a half. I like it, but I don't like the meals. I like the activities, like Bingo, reading, and being on the computer. I've been to a couple of the mild exercise classes. The staff is very friendly. We get three meals a day, and they clean our apartment plus wash our bedding and towels once a week.

We are very pleased with Brookdale Adrian. It is updated, clean, very open, and airy. There are lots of windows. The food is good too. My mother is very happy there. It's a very good value for the amount of money she has. She's a middle-income person, so it is a very good place for her. The staff is very friendly. They're very receptive to any questions that we have, and they're very kind to my mother. They seem to have a lot of activities too.

We chose Brookdale Adrian for my mom because she knows a lot of people there. She loves the food, although the community is a little old. They have a bus for her doctors' appointments, and she can schedule for them to drive her. They serve three meals a day, they do housekeeping, and she has the necklace that's like a call-button. She can either do her own laundry or they do it for her. Everyone is very friendly and a resident even encouraged mom to come because they love it so much there.

I visited Brookdale Adrian, but there was a waiting list. It was a wonderful, clean facility. The people who I knew that had lived there received good care. They offered activities but could not be specific. The food was fine. The dining area was attractive.

I visited Brookdale Adrian (formerly Grand Court Adrian). They had really friendly staff and nice and clean units. They had bingo. I would want to stay there. The rooms were very nice, neat, not cluttered, and decent sized. I don't remember anything negative about it.

Brookdale Adrian is not very convenient for us. It’s in the area that we don’t go. It was kind of weird when we walked in. Every place we went to was very welcoming, but the person at the front desk here at Brookdale Adrian was just not as. It wasn’t the kind of image I want to present if it was my establishment. The lady who gave the tour was very nice. The facilities for senior living was very nice as well. But I felt like when you got into the area for assisted living, they are getting less. They have a different dining room, which is not as nicely appointed as the one for senior living. It’s smaller. And certainly, the people for assisted living don’t need as many things in their apartment as someone who is living in an apartment. But it really felt like they were second-class citizens. I don’t see any reason why those in assisted living can’t share dining room with the folks that are in senior living, why they can’t be more incorporated into the community. When I walked in, the senior apartment was very nice. They had a patio; you could open the door and be outside. That wasn’t available for the assisted living area. If you need help because of your vision or help with meds or anything that puts you in the assisted living area, then you don’t get to go outside. You could stay with the guests clustered in a little patio if you want to go outside. That’s part of them being lesser.

The Grand Court Adrian was pretty nice. It was kind of expensive, and my dad has limited income. It was really clean. We have known a couple of people who had been there, and they seemed to like it. The rooms were really nice, and they had activities for the residents.

The rooms are nice at the Grand Court, and the staff is very kind and caring. They have activities, but they have been limited because of the holidays, and there is a flu going through. The residents were just able to come out and eat in the dining hall a couple of days ago. They had to eat in their rooms because of the sickness which they didn’t want to spread. They have a good variety of food on the menu. I ate there one time, and the food was very tasty. It was delicious.

Grand Court was a really nice place. They had good staff there. They had lots of help. They had therapy department and beauty salon, but they were for people who had money. My mom doesn't have any money, and they won't take Medicare.

We liked the common areas and the rooms at Grand Court. The common areas seemed to be really open and I liked that for visiting and things like that. It's more of an assisted living place. The staff seemed to be really in tuned with answering our questions, understanding our needs and concerns. It's got an onsite beauty salon. It would be good if they had furniture with the rooms instead of bringing your own.

The staff is really nice at Grand Court Adrian, and everybody in my town seems to recommend them highly. My grandmother has been there for about five months now. She's 88. She loves it there and she's very happy, and so am I. It's in a country, it's subtle, clean, and nice. But it's not over the top. We've seen some of the places that were too fancy and it just wasn't comfortable. Grand Court feels like your home. They get three meals a day, laundry service, and cleaning service once a week. They also have activities for the residents. Although the food could be a little bit better.

Grand Court is actually a really nice assisted living facility. There are a lot of residents and they have multiple activities they provide for the residents there. The place was clean, well maintained and had a homey atmosphere. The main issue I had was that there was no one around. I could not seem to find one staff member anywhere. We had to wait quite a long time just for the director to come out and meet us to give us the tour. I am assuming that she did not know we were there since there was no one to tell her. When we finally did run into a member of the staff, they were kind and apologetic about not knowing we had been waiting so long. We did not choose this home for my grandmother, but I would recommend it for people who are close to the area. I imagine I just caught them on a busy day.

My great grandfather was a resident there. And he remained there untill his death. He was brought there after a very bad experiance from another nursing home. We really liked Grand Court, he was taken care of with respect. They offer activites daily for their residents and the also take then for walks. Residents families were allowed to take them for outing which I think was important in keeping a sence of normalcy for my grandpa. They had performers also come in such as magicians and had game nights and what not. The staff was very plesant and also very prompt when it came to taking care of my grdfathr. We didn't have to worry that he was not being changed or cleaned for that matter. After my grandfather passed away I still went to the neursing home multiple times while I was in high school. I was oart of a christmas singing group known as the santa lucia girls and we went to various nursing homes and sang for the residents. Grand Counrt was one that hosted us and I think that the residents really enjoyed it and many times you could see or hear them joining in with us.. the workers are very friendly and the rooms were a nice size though they did have to share their rooms with a roommate.

I went there to visit my grandpa. It is in the nice town of Adrian. I have been there many times and have always been impressed. The staff there has always been kind and concerned. They go out of their way to make residents and visitors feel welcome. You can tell they really care about the people they are taking care of.The facility is always clean and has an uplifting atmosphere. They are always having activities for the residents so they can socialize with each other. They take pride in making sure their residents feel at home and comfortable. My grandpa always says how sorry he is that he waited so long to move in there. He says he is having so much fun there he does not ever think about leaving.Overall my experience has been great.I have no issues with the Grand Court and would recomend this facility to any one I know.

I recently had a great uncle who passed away, but he had stayed a short time at Grand Court Adrian, which is aptly located in Adrian, Michigan. I visited this home twice in a three week span. I have been to quite a few different assisted living homes and this one is way up there on the list. It is actually quite luxurious. I never asked how much this home cost to stay in, but it is a beautiful establishment that seems more like an apartment complex that is located in a rural area. Adrian is a great town. It's small and friendly and Grand Court takes on the relaxed personality of the community around it. I highly recommend this home, if you are able to afford it. Most of the residents seemed to have little physical issues, yet the staff was fantastic and very attentive. This is a top notch facility. I hope that this place isn't too expensive by the time I get old and need assistance.

Well, when I visited the facilities looked fairly nice. They werent as outstanding as they seem to be described by the organization but still very respectable. The staff in the area I was in was a little sparce but seemed incredibly nice and caring. His grandmother's mind has started to deteriate with her age so they have accomadated her with the care she deserves and requires. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of activities to keep up an active lifestyle. She really seems to like it there and she appreciates the company they give her after the loss of her husband. This is a place I would be willing to send a loved one who required more care than i could give them. My friend also seems very satisfied with how they treat his grandmother and he says the price of her care is very reasonable when looking at other places in the area. He wouldn't tell me specifically how much money he pays for the care she recieves but I know he isn't rich so it can't be too much. Overall I am satisfied by this facility and so is my friend and his grandmother. Thumbs up all around!
