Adult Medical Day Center caring for adults from 18 years and up medical and/or mental issues. Caring for the profoundly medically needy in a medical as well as a social environment.
Professional staff consisting of Licensed Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. All staff in center have been with Active more than 4 years.
Providing activities suited to each client to improve self esteem and skills of daily living. Also providing morning snack, lunch, and after noon snack prior to leaving facility for day.
Center provides transportation to and from center. Open 5 days weekly (Monday - Friday) all major hoildays except Thanksgiving day and Christmas day. Daily hours of operation are 0730 to 1600 daily.
Center also has professional therapy staff with the ability to offer Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy , and Speech Therapy.
