Activities

SarahCare offers activities designed to every individual’s interests and abilities from our mental and physical fitness programs to outings at ballparks and restaurants community service projects.

For Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia, we have tested, proven programs for all stages: brain fitness class to art therapy to a special relaxation environment for more severe stages. We even have a golf league for participants with Renee Powell, the first African-American on the LPGA tour.

Chronic Care Management

With our expert staff of nurses, dieticians, and therapists, we care for chronic diseases including stroke, Parkinson’s, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular & pulmonary disease. Services include medication management, rehabilitation services, health monitoring, and therapeutic diets.

Personal Care

We provide personal care including bathing and toileting as well as podiatry services. Staff is trained for transfers and can accommodate the wheel-chair bound.

In Home Care

We also offer in home care with our adult day care so your loved one can have around-the-clock care. Because the same care team takes care of your loved one, you will always have a familiar face in your home.
