Nice aricle. Every one in the world including animals like to be loved and cared. As old saying goes, you conquer only with true love. This world needs love nothing but love. World is ours and let us live peacefully and happily without wars. Leaders should set an example mainly politicians.

I share so much with this lady, I am a Human Resources Manager as well, work full time and then go home at night to care for my husband who is taken care of during the day by a paid CNA. I find that each of my responsibilities is a respite from the other and have found that each has its share of joy as well as pressure.

Thank you Nancy for sharing your story on Caring.com, and for what you're doing in your workplace to support other family caregivers! We also talked with Donna Aumack, who is similarly sharing her story to help others going through work-life balance challenges while caregiving, and to encourage employers to find ways to address employees’ needs for flexibility: http://www.aarp.org/react/info-09-2013/Caregiving-hero.html The ReACT website has several helpful resources for employers to get started immediately: http://respectcaregivers.org/
