RIGHT NOW MY HUSBAND AND I CAN GET AROUND. BUT I HAVE A HARD TIME WALKING, HAD TO QUIT MY JOB, AND I AM GETTING HALF OF WHAT I MADE IN AMONTH. MY PENSION IS 282 WE STILL HAVE DEBT THAT WE ARE PAYING OFF. WE WANT TO TRY TO RELOCATE NEAR OUR DAUGHTER AND WE HAVE OUR 34 YEAR OLD SON WITH US NOT WORKING, AND A DOG WHICH SOME PLACES WILL OR WILL NOT ACCEPT. MOST OF THE TIME LIVING WHERE WE ARE OUR LANDLORD WHO IS A FRIEND DOES NOT GET A FULL MONTHS RENT. EMBARASSING, BUT WE KNOW THE PROBLEM WE GET IN WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS ENOUGH MONEY, BUT SO MANY THINGS POP UP AND CAUSE US TO GO INTO THE RED. OH BY THE WAY 10 YEARS AGO OR SO MY DAD PASSED AWAY, AND MY TWIN BROTHER SOLD HIS HOME,HE WAS DIVORCING HIS WIFE AND SHE WANTED 140, 000 FOR HER AND 80,000 FOR HER TWO CHILDREN. I NEVER SAW ANY PAPER WORK. MY NAME WAS OFF THE DEED OF THE HOUSE FOR MY BROTHER TOOK OUT A MORTGAGE TO WHICH HE GAVE ME 25000, IN GOOD FAITH AND I TRIED TO PAY HIM BACK. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF REMOVING MY NAME FROM THE PAPERS THAT WERE DRAWN UP TO PROTECT MY FATHER FROM BEING THROWN OUT. NOW THAT MY HUSBAND AND I ARE RETIRED WE ARE DROWNING. I STOPPED WORKING FROM A DISBILITY OF MY BACK,. SAW DOCTORS AND NOW I TAKE MEDICATION, THAT WELL SOMETIMES CAUSE ME TO FORGET. I LIVE IN BROOKLYN BUT I THINK FIRSTLY I WANT TO TRY TO RETRIEVE SOME OF THE MONEY I SIGNED AWAY NOT ALL FOR I OWED MONEY TO MY TWIN BROTHER THEN I WANT TO KNOW HOW WE CAN GET A NICE PLACE TO LIVE BE INDEPENDENT NOW, UNTIL WE CANNOT ANY MORE. ANY ADVICE. MY HUSBAND AND I THINK MAYBE WE SHOULD GET SOME ANSWERS.

My parents ,89 years old, live with my single brother. We need help! Both have problems with everyday things, like going to the bathroom, bathing, etc. My brother and I share feeding them and other chores. I am retired and have major health issues . My husband assists m e. My brother works. Since they do not own property, how will we get them in a facility?

how long from one medicare 100 days stay till you can get another 100 days stay? My husband had a heart attack, heart surgery;5 by-passes and next day had a massive stroke that left him disabled I have had him home 60 days and am having problems handling him because he has dementia also. We are 82 years old and I have fibermalgyia & arthritis I need to get him in a custodial care so he can get the safety needs and i can get some relief please give me some advice thanks you Juanita
