Something that most of us don't want after a parents death is problems with a will.

My Farther and I were very close and before his death he wanted my son and I to know we are in his will.

My brother was put in charge of his estate and we do not hardly talk. He and my Mother are very close.

After my Father's passing I have asked my Mother and brother to  see the will. In this I have heard many different excuses why I am not allowed to just look at this.

Do I have that right as his daughter  ? What action if any could I take?

If you are in the will you have a right to see it.  You don't have any say in it, but you should have been given a copy as a beneficiary.  The only recourse you have is through an attorney.  Has the will been probated?  If so, you should have been given a copy of the will by law!!!
