where to find someone to care for father in law while on vacation

i am trying to find a place to take my father in law  for a week while i go on vacation. i have been taking care this time around for 10 years and took him on trips with us . last summer he made me misable on vacation.i know it is bad to say.but i am with him 24 hrs aday every day. i need a break.i have been looking for a place for him for a week and can not find anything. his other son and daughter will not do anything for him.they said too much problems.if anyone knows what i can do please let me know.
