What to expect after Cerebellum Surgery

Does anyone have a good location where I can read up on post surgical care, and what to expect after my wife has two tumors removed from her cerebellum? 

She started with lung cancer, she has had whole brain radiation, and stereotatic radiation,  but these two are not getting with the program on going away.
