I don't know what to really say but without treatment things are only going to get worse. It is a personal choice and all you can do is support him and tell him the benefits of treatment. You can let him know the longer he waits he might not be able to reverse the damage that is happening without treatment.
My ex-husband just moved back in with me, he was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer and is refusing treatment. I need to know what to expect. He noticed the lump over 2 years ago, but also experiences depression and some self-medication with alchohol. He refuses to go see a therapist to learn to deal with his prediciment and his choices. HELP? He has lost some weight, sleeps a lot, has pain in his testicles intermittently... what else should I expect?
