My dad is almost 90 and has vascular Alzheimer's disease. He is incontinent and unstable on his feet, falling all the time now. We need advice on how to obtain Medicaid and how to find/obtain home care people. My mom is 86 and cannot fully care for him anymore (I live in Thailand right now-there are no other siblings). Any advice from anyone on how to care for dad? My parents are low income. We need help! best,Linda
