Bio

Hi all!  I am an Intake Coordinator for an Adult Day Program for alzheimers and dementia clients, as well as a Senior Center in a building that houses four other non-profits in New Hampshire.  We are what you might call, "one stop shopping for all your eldercare needs".

I work clinically with an RN as the go-to person for clients who are referred to us from a local medical practice under what we call a Care Support Team.  I am fairly new-er to the field, but I do have information I can help out with, general questions you can field to me in terms of elder care related issues.

Before doing Intake work, I was at a county nursing home in Activities that held 215 residents.  And before that, I was a regular volunteer at nursing homes over the seacoast.

My inspiration:  a great-grandmother that lived to the young age of 86, and a great-great aunt who lived even younger, to 96 years old. NH also has one of the top 20 oldest people in the world, at 113 yrs young!   I adore the elderly population, and I love working with them.  They are a true inspiration to the rest of us who are not as "wise".

Please feel free to say "hi" or send me questions and concerns you may have about your loved ones.

Thank you,

Nicole
