I work at Caring.com and I can't wait to learn how to deal with all of the issues associated with aging loved ones. I have a few myself. And, as one of the product managers here, it's my job to know what information and functionality will make our service most helpful (and easiest to use) for busy people caring for their loved ones.

My dad is over 80 and very frail; I have 3 other parents fortunately still healthy (hi Mom!) . I started this job with nothing but questions about what to do. And most days, I learn more questions than answers. But every few days, there's a net gain in answers. My hope of course is that as I learn, so will MILLIONS of others like me.
