I'm 56y.o, born 9/11 and everything went downhill for me on that awful day.  2 Heart attacks, hip replacements, breast cancer and now metastastic thru out.  But I am doing quite, able to manage on my own, so I am so  blessed. 

My question is should I sell my home now, (to relieve them the trouble, other reasons not to mention); find a multifamily home (daughter needs home too and co-sign); where I would be closer to her and grands.
