Bio

I am a 20 yr. old woman with an 18 mo. old and another child duwe in September who was adopted by elderly parents. They are now 81 and 93. My mother is taking care of my father who is home-bound and  she refuses practically any help at all. She has some behavioral issues that concern me and is also what I consider abusive to him.  I feel that he is not getting the care he deserves and that she need some from of care herself. I am at a loss for how to help either of them and would greatly appreciate any advice.
