topecaton chemo drug

I am a 3rd stage ovarian cancer patient..i have been going thru different chemo drugs now for the last 4 yrs..i just found out that there are 2 new nodes that have enlarged in my upper left quadrant (?) and doctor is starting me on topecaton (not sure of spelling) on a weekly basis..does anyone know how this drug will affect me..outside of usual hair loss and low blood counts..having weekly treatments makes me wonder just what i am to expect
