Well you better follow all this and not get a stroke because there is no knowledge in the whole world that can help you recover. All the effort afterwards is to compensate and hope that your ADL recovery is enough to satisfy you. There is no understanding of how to recover functions that were in the dead brain area. Good luck and stay healthy.

To prevent your own stroke, if one of your parents is diagnosed with partially closed arteries. Have your own arteries checked via ultrasound even if you have no symptoms.

I don't know how many calories my spouse eats during day, but he's had a mini-stroke and I just need to know if I should keep him at 4 grams of saturated fats or more. I'm scared for him and want to keep him at the lowest minimum of saturated fats so he doesn't have another mini-stroke
