This is helpful. I must add, though, that it works only if your parent actually wears the darn thing. My mother recently fell multiple times in the shower. She kept pulling herself up in the soapy tub and then falling yet again. Where was her PERS? In her bedroom! I'm hoping she'll start wearing it all the time now. Thanks again.
