I have had the talk with my father about taking over his financials and he has allowed me to pay his bills for him. He still sends $ to fraudulent companies that he believes are legitimate. I have spoken with his physician and his physician wrote a letter to the bank and advised him of my father's condition and that he needed a second signature on all legal documents. They will not do anything to help me. His trust attorney is the President of his bank, and said I will have to hire an attorney to fight with my Dad. He did advise my father that he needed to step down as trustee of his trust and let me and my sister handle things. Dad refused. It is very frustrating. My blood pressure is reflecting the stress he adds to my life. I am working on my own health at this point in time. Good luck to all of you who can relate to this. Joan Nelson
