Mom is 86 now and loves everyone. As she misses her family, we try to keep her knowing she is loved by all, whether they are present or not by pictures all over the house and on my screen saver which sits inthe living room where she can see everyone all the time. This also helps to keep her interested in something other than sleeping. I believe Mom is aware of the changes to her demeanor, yet does not understand all the time. There are some days Mom talks about Kentucky where she grew up like it was yesterday, yet does not remember where we are now. Other days she is sharp as a tac! Tells me to go pull weeds in the garden. God Bless Mom May she keep on her feet!!
