Candle Story for My Grandma

My Grandma was living alone and was beaten nearly to death by a caregiver and was not found for several hours. No one called to tell us she was in the hospital. We tried calling her for 2 days and when we there was no answer we called the hospital. My Grandma lives 1400 miles from us. We traveled to see her, we found her in a dementia ward in a nursing home. She recognized us and asked us to take her to our house. After a 10 day battle with the POA (Power Of Atterney) We finally got to take her home with us. the sad thing is we can't file charges against the caregiver. There is not enough physical evidence that this caregiver beat my grandma. And she is not a credible witness because at the time of the assult my Grandma had an ingury to her head leaving her in a demented state. So we just have to pray that this caregiver gets the deserved reward from heaven! pray that her 14 inch x 8 inch bruise from her knee on her inner thigh and crotch area heals and leaves her without any permanent damage to that area. She is having trouble right now with a uti. headaches and emotional trauma(she no longer has the dementia diagnoses!) God has saved her life!
