Candle Story for My dad ,my mom, myself

the only sibling who cares made this candle.

We are all still here but this is not easy I was slim when I came back here and ended up having a surgery that put me down for 5 months, and after they lost me after surgery they cut a main bleeder and lacerated my liver and when they brought (Jumped started my heart) me back is the only explination I have for this happening to me. All of my eating habit had changed Iwas under my mothers care andher high fat, with added fat into all vegatables carb filled foods. I had to start watching 4 years ago and I found out what she was doing. Now I just do not eat waht she cooks when she feels well enough to cook. I cook for myself. They do not like how I cook. My dad's was onset by Quaduple by pass. my mother was family and sugar habits she has always hid sugar items in her room like a child. Iwas doing good until I stopped smoking and I really need to kick myself back into taking care of myself instead of everyone else. I have lost myself and know what I am suppose to eat and not eat. I just have settled for anything I can eat. I know better and the weight is coming on.
