My son Charlie passed away July 22nd at the age of 28. He was way too young. He leaves behind a wife and his beautiful little namesake. Charlie was diagnosed July 11th, his 26th birthday in 2007. His type of cancer was Desmoplastic small round cell tumors. It is very deadly with not very many people surviving, however thankfully it is also very rare. Charlie was a wonderful son , he was well on his way to becoming a world class chef and was well respscted by his peers.Charlie had a wonderful sense of humor and we will always miss his smile.
