Candle Story for My Mother

My Mother is suffering with severe Alzheimer's. She has been living with it for over 10 years. I'm her caregiver along with my husband (he is an angel). It is a full time job that no one really understands unless they go through it too. For all the caregivers out there, my heart goes out to you and what you do.

I didn't understand before but as a caregiver to my mom, I clearly understand the daily rigors of being a caregiver. The doctors keep telling me to put my mom in a nursing home that has a locked floor, I just cannot do that to her. But I did not expect it to be this hard but, hanging in there.
