After a long battle with Alzheimer's my mother was put on terminal status yesterday. She is not expected to live past today. Sweet, silly Betty with the red curls and the kind blue eyes. We will all remember the way you would throw your head back with your musical laugh. Your little kindnesses and shy kisses on the forehead.
