Safer Supervising

“Dad is always right behind me when I'm sweeping and mopping or bringing in groceries, so I bought a baby gate and place it higher on the doorframe (so he won't topple over). I also brought in a camper chair and put it right on the other side. He can sit and watch me mop without risking a fall. He seems content to sit nearby (and supervise from the sidelines)!”

That is SO sweet and so ingenious! I hope you can have someone take a photo of you two in action, so that you will have a wonderful visual remember of what you did for him for the rest of your life.

What a GREAT idea, Patty from Cincinnati--to place the gate higher in the door frame. He can supervise your activities, feel involved to some degree without getting in the way or slipping.
