“Between doctor and physical therapy appointments, adult day care, and errands, our days get really busy. I’ve found that packing Dad a ‘lunch box’ allows him to have snacks and drinks any time he wants. I think he likes the freedom to choose when he wants to eat. I pack string cheese, pudding, juice boxes, and even a few M&M’s, which he loves!”

I packed grapes, carrot sticks, celery sticks, ice cubes in plastic bag for next AM road trip. It did not happen. Last night sitting next to each other watching TV got snack bag. It was a big hit. Way to get healtly snack into each of us.
