willing to try anything to loose the extre weight . I used to leave the hose @ 5:00 am and walk 15 miles in 4 hours but right now I'm having a lot of problems walking 1 mile due to the fact I have to go into the hospital in Febuary and have a total knee replacement and I'm in a lot of pain every day but I do my stretching, yoga . I'm a type 2 diabetic and I'm @ a stand still of 168 pounds can you give me any ideas what I can do to loose @ least 18 pounds.
