How can I stop my brother from taking power of attorney for my mother away from me?

I was just wondering, is there anyone who gets through this without having a sister, brother, sisters, brothers, not agreeing? Argueing, fueding, and bringing things up that have absolutely nothing to do with the situation which should be proper care for your parent or parents!
